This week we'll learn a bit about the Great Migration and then launch into our final unit of the year about the Civil Rights Movement. We'll start by discussing some of the myths we've been taught about the movement. You'll have three assignments detailed in Google Classroom:

Periods 2a and 2b:
This week we'll be finishing our Found Poems on the era of Black Power during Reconstruction and begin to look at how Reconstruction came to an end.
