Periods 3, 6, 7 and 8:
The End is Near. This week we'll start working on our Final Project! There is so much that is worth studying about the Civil Rights Movement that can help you understand the struggle against racism today. We’ve only been able to scratch the surface in class, so I want to use this project as a way to encourage you to keep learning and allow you to research an aspect of the movement that you are interested in. For more details on the project look on Google Classroom. There are two assignments you will need to turn in:
1) Research Graphic Organizer
2) Final Project
Periods 2a and 2b:
We'll wrap up our final unit by completing an assessment based on the same question as the trial we wrapped up last week: Who Killed Reconstruction? For more details, look on Google Classroom.
